There is nothing quite like a little bibliotherapy! We aren’t discounting the occasional libation, but books have the power to alter moods, affect daily behaviors, and transport us to different worlds

With so many forms of entertainment available for kid and adults, it can be a challenge to make reading for pleasure a regular habit. Parent-to-parent, we suggest you cast a wide net and provide plenty of options for everyone in the family.

Also, consider books with film adaptations. Consuming multiple versions of the same story creates the opportunity to discuss similarities and differences, ensuring your children are reading for detail and comprehension.
