But one thing we know about circles: they can be absolutely beautiful.
Today’s at home activity is all about drawing circles and exploring how this shape can make for some gorgeous and creative designs.

Mandala Drawing

What you’ll need:
Paper
Colored drawing tools—crayons or colored pencils allow for more variation with color mixing and shading
For older children, a compass can be introduced for making circles
How to:
Create these circular designs by starting from the center of the page and working outwards in patterned rings. Some children will enjoy creating a page of small patterns that can be used in their design or to extend the activities.
