The Allstate Foundation Presents Play It Safe
Step into the boots of a firefighter and discover a whole new way to Play It Safe! In a realistic firehouse—complete with command center, fire pole, "Get Low and Go" bedroom, fire truck, and more—families can  explore fire safety through play.

Play It Safe was developed in partnership with the Chicago Fire Department with generous funding from The Allstate Foundation.

Kraft Artabounds Studio & Gallery
Witness wondrous works of art by children and families from Chicago and beyond. The Artabounds Gallery is a showcase for collaborative family art created in the museum's fully-equipped Kraft Artabounds Studio and offers an intimate walk-through space that delights and inspires an early appreciation for art.
