Are Educator Programs offered in a series or just as single workshops?

CCMís Educator Programs are highly effective when offered individually. However, they have also been designed to work in conjunction with one another. For the most comprehensive experience, CCM encourages registering for a series of workshops to allow for ongoing dialogue and reflection.

Are Educator Programs designed to work with the Student Visit options?

Yes. Many of the concepts discussed throughout the Educator Programs, such as problem-solving, play, and a process versus product approach, are consistent with those of the Student Visit programs. Participants are encouraged to register for a student visit to extend the CCM experience to their students.

Are Educator Programs offered in Spanish?

Yes. A number of our educator programs are offered in Spanish to accommodate the needs of participants. Registration for these programs is subject to availability and may require greater lead time when booking.

How far in advance should I register my group?

Pre-registration is required for all visits, and you must register at least 30 days in advance to guarantee confirmation. Reservations are processed in the order received.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are given to groups that cancel more than two weeks prior to the scheduled visit.

Can I register by phone?

Yes, CCM now accepts phone registrations. Call 312-464-8249, and a CCM representative will help you book your group. You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card. Pre-registration is required for all visits. We offer several other registration options.

Will you charge my credit card if I choose to hold my reservation with a credit card?

All reservations must be paid in full on or before the day of your visit. If payment is not received, CCM will charge your credit card.

How will I know that my group is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation letter prior to your visit.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are given to groups that cancel at least 14 days prior to the scheduled visit. Refunds are not provided for participants who are absent on the day of the program.

What are the minimum and maximum numbers of participants allowed in each workshop?

The minimum number of participants per workshop is 10 and the maximum is 30. We will do our best to accommodate larger groups upon special request. Groups of less than 10 participants may register for a program but will be charged for the minimum of 10 participants.

How far will CCM travel to deliver an Educator Program?

We are happy to travel beyond a 25-mile radius to deliver a program whenever possible. Please note that the standard travel fee of $50 will be increased to accommodate the additional travel time.

Can CCM custom-design a program to accommodate the specific needs of my group?
